It all started with a frustration

Why should imagination take a leave as soon as accessibility enters the room?

The most interesting experiences are usually built for the few. Then everybody acts surprised when not everyone can participate.

We thought there might be a better way.

So we built Alterity to finally treat accessibility, creativity and culture as parts of the same conversation.

Not separate departments. Not separate budgets. Not separate priorities. One single conversation that will rewrite the entry pass to media, entertainment, and cultural experiences.

Mission

What gets us out of bed

We’re obsessed with one simple idea. That the best stories, experiences, communities, and opportunities should reach more people, not fewer.

So we’re on a mission to make accessibility less of a checkbox and more of a creative advantage. To help brands, creators, organizations, and institutions build experiences that are not only accessible, but genuinely enjoyable, memorable, and inclusive by design.

The end game

A world where accessibility isn’t a department, or a compliance requirement, or a conversation people have at the end of a project.

A world where accessibility is simply part of how great experiences are made. Where media, entertainment, culture, education, technology, and communities are built with more people in mind from day one.

More people creating. More people participating. More people belonging. That’s the future we’re betting on.
